In line with our mission objectives to galvanize Christian youth to step out of the church walls and be the salt and light of their societies, This Generation Project has birthed the Civic Accelerator towards the 2023 Nigerian general elections.
Through the Civic Accelerator, young Nigerians aged 18-35 years can initiate and implement a civic project that can contribute positively to the 2023 elections, and 4 outstanding implementors will be rewarded a 1-week travel scholarship to an African country.
To participate, sign up by submitting an idea of an activity you would like to implement to contribute to the 2023 general elections. Ideas can range from Voter Education, Voter Turnout, People Living with Disabilities Participation, Technological-based Solutions for Pre- and Post-Election Activities, Political Parties & Engagement, etc.
Based on submissions, qualified persons will be selected to participate in a 4-week virtual programme on how to improve and implement their ideas, and receive additional information. After the virtual capacity-building programme, all participants will commence their projects and submit regular progress reports which the organizers will use to assess and reward the most outstanding projects.
Every young Nigerian resident in any part of Nigeria is eligible to participate!
